Tom Leahy believes meaningful financial management begins with an understanding of you and your family's most important life goals. As a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Tom is dedicated to helping you create the financial life you desire, and specializes in assisting families with their college and financial-aid-planning needs. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (VASFAA) and author of the "No-Nonsense Guide to College Planning." A certified Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), Tom holds the RFC designation, as well as both his bachelor's and master's degrees.
Actively involved in the community, Tom is the current president of the Midlothian Youth Soccer League, and founder of the Beacon Tree Foundation, a Midlothian, Virginia-based, non-profit organization providing financing and funding for families with at-risk teenagers. He has also frequently contributed college-planning advice in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, and various other local publications, television and radio shows.

John Clair is committed to building families' confidence in their dreams throughout every life stage. As a Certified Financial Planner professional, John helps clients develop a realistic vision for their family's financial wellness and believes success depends on honest, prudent guidance. He is a graduate of GE Capital's Financial Management Program (FMP), a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech, and also holds applicable state insurance licenses.
Outside the office, John loyally volunteers his time in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofits: The Capital Area Health Network (formerly known as Vernon J. Harris East End Community Health Center), which provides comprehensive and affordable health-care services in the Richmond community; and the Johns Cancer Foundation, an organization fostering continued educational assistance for medical students and financial support for cancer patients in the Richmond area.
